Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Yappie ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Yappie for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
Disclaimer
The materials on Yappie are provided on an 'as is' basis. Yappie makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitations
In no event shall Yappie or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Yappie, even if Yappie or a Yappie authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on Yappie could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Yappie does not warrant that any of the materials on Yappie are accurate, complete, or current. Yappie may make changes to the materials contained on Yappie at any time without notice.
Links
Yappie has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Yappie of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Modifications
Yappie may revise these terms of service for Yappie at any time without notice. By using Yappie, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yappie is located, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Souhlas s podmínkami
Přístupem k Yappie („Služba") a jejím používáním souhlasíte s těmito Podmínkami služby. Pokud s nimi nesouhlasíte, službu prosím nepoužívejte.
Licence k užívání
Je vám uděleno oprávnění k dočasnému stažení jedné kopie materiálů (informací nebo softwaru) na Yappie výhradně pro osobní, nekomerční prohlížení. Jedná se o udělení licence, nikoli převod vlastnictví. V rámci této licence nesmíte:
- Materiály upravovat nebo kopírovat
- Používat materiály pro komerční účely nebo veřejné zobrazení
- Pokoušet se dekompilovat nebo zpětně analyzovat software obsažený ve Službě
- Odstraňovat autorská práva nebo jiná vlastnická označení z materiálů
- Přenášet materiály na jinou osobu nebo je „zrcadlit" na jiném serveru
Vyloučení odpovědnosti
Materiály na Yappie jsou poskytovány „tak, jak jsou". Yappie neposkytuje žádné záruky, výslovné ani předpokládané, a tímto odmítá veškeré ostatní záruky včetně předpokládaných záruk prodejnosti, vhodnosti pro určitý účel nebo neporušení práv duševního vlastnictví.
Omezení
Yappie ani její dodavatelé nenesou odpovědnost za jakékoli škody (včetně škod za ztrátu dat nebo zisku, nebo z důvodu přerušení činnosti) vzniklé v důsledku používání nebo nemožnosti používání materiálů na Yappie.
Přesnost materiálů
Materiály na Yappie mohou obsahovat technické, typografické nebo fotografické chyby. Yappie nezaručuje přesnost, úplnost ani aktuálnost materiálů a může je kdykoli bez upozornění změnit.
Odkazy
Yappie nekontroluje všechny stránky, na které odkazuje, a není odpovědná za obsah takových stránek. Zahrnutí odkazu neznamená schválení ze strany Yappie.
Změny
Yappie může tyto podmínky služby kdykoli bez upozornění upravit. Používáním Yappie souhlasíte s aktuálně platnou verzí těchto podmínek.
Rozhodné právo
Tyto podmínky se řídí právním řádem jurisdikce, v níž má Yappie sídlo, a podřizujete se výlučné příslušnosti soudů v dané lokalitě.
